14-Module Piano Biomechanics Intensive
TATIANA MUSIC STUDIO
A 14-step biomechanical reset designed for pianists, teachers, and adult learners who are tired of tense hands, uneven passages, and technical plateaus.

Most pianists get “stuck” when practicing passages:
Lack of clarity and frequent mistakes
Inconsistent speed and loss of control
Physical tension and stiffness in the wrists
Lack of confidence in your playing
I have brought together 14 powerful exercises into one complete intensive. They don’t force your fingers — instead, they rebuild your play through natural technique, arm weight, wrist freedom, and precise mental coordination.
You’ll improve the exact skills that are holding your passages back:
You’ll master exercises that deliver results not only today, but also build a foundation for years to come.
You’ll play with greater clarity, speed, and consistency — even under pressure.
"I've been playing for 20 years, but this was the first time I truly understood how to move with ease at the piano."
“No one had ever explained how freedom in passagework actually works — this was the first place where it finally made sense.”
“For the first time, my hands felt free and relaxed at fast tempos. For the first time, I truly experienced the full use of arm weight.”
Repeating passages slowly — but the moment you speed up, the tension returns.
Endless finger drilling — but your hands still feel stiff and fatigued.
Practicing for hours — but fatigue keeps growing and the results don't come.
I was told the same thing. I spent hours at the piano — and still lost control at faster tempos, became tense, and grew frustrated with myself. Then I realized something important: it simply wasn't working.
To play fast, cleanly, and with ease, you need something different:
Understand where speed truly comes from.
Coordinate your entire body — not just your fingers.
Eliminate tension instead of fighting it.
Apply the right technique to the right musical challenge.
That is exactly why I developed a methodology built on three pillars: Body, Technique, and Mind. And this is not just theory — it is the approach that transformed my own playing and has helped dozens of my students achieve breakthroughs of their own.

I am not just a teacher.
I am a performing concert pianist — a stage artist shaped by energy, sound, and live performance. I understand what it means to know how something should sound, yet be unable to fully express it in playing. I also know how everything changes once you understand the mechanics of movement and remove unnecessary tension. That is where true freedom in playing begins.

Oksana, 49. Music teacher at a private school and vocal coach. She had a 20-year break after music school and spent 5 years trying to restore her skills on her own.
"I came for one thing, but received much more. This intensive should cost significantly more than it does. It gave me a new motivation to practice more, because when you study on your own, you can stay stuck for years without real progress. A breakthrough is only possible with a knowledgeable guide. The quality and depth of my sound has completely changed. My hands and back no longer get tired, and I’ve developed a real awareness of the connection between my body, arms, fingers, and mind. For me, the clearest sign of a good course is simple — I genuinely want to play more."

Before: Initial state of movement and tension
After: Freedom and control after 14 modules of biomechanical work
Larisa, 49. She completed music school as a violin major 34 years ago and had not studied music since then.
"Thanks to this intensive, I realized how much a skilled teacher can help improve everything that matters to a person. The program helped me reshape my way of thinking in exactly the way I needed. The lessons are highly concentrated and full of value. In just 14 days, I could feel how deeply they were integrated. We received a solid foundation that will help me approach any piece in the future and bring it to a higher level of performance."

Tatiana, thank you so much for this amazing course! The knowledge you share is truly priceless. I just wish I had a teacher like you in my childhood, when everything was being shaped.
I really love all the exercises. I started from the beginning, and even my playing already feels different, with a better sense of taste. The Beethoven “Pathétique” Sonata we talked about — where I said I want to revisit it — will really benefit from your lessons. There are a lot of passages there. Same with the Chopin nocturne (I keep forgetting the number), which also has quite difficult passages. Even the Kabalevsky “Clowns,” which I used for a before-and-after comparison, has moments that are very similar to the exercises. What an amazing and useful course, Tatiana. Thank you so much.
Tatiana, I also want to thank you for your work. Even now, halfway through, I can already feel my hands changing. Your lessons are making a real difference. I’m so happy I found your channel!!!
Tatiana, thank you so much! I finally understand arm weight — I think I’ve really got it now. I also understand where I was losing it, and I’ll go over it again tomorrow to reinforce it. I won’t rush! I just tried sight-reading an easy etude and immediately felt progress, even though I’m still at the very beginning of the journey.
Good morning, Tatiana and everyone. Yesterday I couldn’t stop playing late into the night because I really loved the new sensations in my hands. I also had an insight about my left hand. I used to think it was just weaker, but now I feel that there is resistance and tension in it, which is why it gets tired. Thanks to the lesson, I started experimenting physically — using my right hand to press and release the left, and doing circular movements. Then I did the same in reverse so the left hand could understand the feeling. I also tried the left hand on the right, but I realized the right hand doesn’t need that kind of pressure — it stays soft. I’ve realized how important this physical coordination between the hands is.
I also finally understood the meaning of arm weight. Today I really felt it clearly. That passage simply can’t be played without arm weight and with a tense hand — it just doesn’t work. I’m so happy I’ve realized this!
Thank you so much, Tatiana. This is a wonderful course. Why wasn’t this explained to us in music school? After the course, I’ve gained a sense of freedom in my hands. I really enjoy playing now because there’s no tension in my hands or my body. I keep thinking — can I really just play and enjoy it like this? Of course, the passages can still be refined and worked on, but the main thing is that I now automatically apply what I’ve learned when playing any piece. I’m really happy I took this course.
I’ve always had problems with synchronization, but I managed to play this exercise fairly in sync. It’s still hard for me to fully accept that I need to play with relaxed hands. Years of practice have built a habit of playing with tension. I practice 3–4 hours a day, and only now I’m starting to notice that I’ve been playing with tension all this time, which is why practice takes so much time. Today I was already able to play more relaxed. I used to think that the more you practice, the better.
I purchased access to the intensive because I really didn’t understand how to move forward or improve my existing skills. After completing the first lesson and doing the exercises, I realized I had been playing with a lot of tension, with almost no freedom in my wrists and elbows. The first lesson was very valuable for me — after just a few attempts at the instrument, I could already see a difference compared to my starting point. Tatiana, thank you for your clear explanations and the positive atmosphere in your video lessons! I will definitely continue going through the intensive and completing the exercises.
Tatiana, I’m amazed at how these exercises work!! I thought I would never be able to overcome the tension in my hands. But by doing your exercises, I can already see and feel changes!!! In both hands!!!!!!!!
I am confident in what I offer. If you feel the intensive isn't right for you, I'll refund your money within 3 days of starting — no questions asked.
"I’m not a professional."
Even more so, this is not about academic formality, but about freedom, clarity, and the joy of playing. The exercises are suitable both for those returning to the piano, for teachers, and for players with more than 3 years of experience.
"I’ve been playing for a long time."
You will clearly understand what is holding you back and learn how to release it, making your playing more virtuosic and confident.
"What if I don’t have much time?"
The lessons are 15–20 minutes long. You can practice at your own pace. Access is available for 6 months to 1 year, depending on the plan — more than enough time for a comfortable and flexible learning experience.
"What results can I expect?"
Results will vary for each person, as they depend on your initial level and the amount of time you dedicate to practice. Some will feel more freedom in their fingers within a few days, while others will notice technical improvements after two weeks. The key is consistency and applying the methodology.
"What if I don’t make it to the end?"
The materials will remain available to you for a period depending on your plan. You can go through them at your own pace, with ongoing motivation, support, and access to a chat for guidance.
"Can I ask questions during the course?"
Yes! If you have any questions about the exercises, you can ask them in the intensive chat.
"I’m afraid I won’t succeed."
You will have a clear system, support, a chat, and my personal feedback. Everything is structured so you don’t get confused or drop out.
"How quickly can I see results?"
You may feel the first changes within just a few days of practice — your fingers will become more confident, and passages will sound clearer. The maximum results depend on the consistency of your practice and your initial level.
